Entire Centre is Approx. 10,738 SF with usable space of 8,185 SF. When the Entire Centre is booked, following spaces are available for exclusive use: Hall 1 with stage, Hall 1 Gallery, Hall 2, Reception/Coat Room and Meeting Room Suite.
Maximum approved capacity for the entire facility is 537 Persons.
Hall 1 is approx. 3,890 SF with 3,150 SF of usable space that can hold a gathering of up to 400 people for theatre seating or up to 284 people banquet seating with 30"x72" rectangular tables (6 person). Permanent 12' x 30' stage is included. The mezzanine gallery is approx. 1,140 SF, overlooking Hall 1.
Hall 1 Gallery is approx. 1,140 SF of usable space with two single washrooms for a gathering of up to 80 persons. The Gallery overlooks Hall 1.
Hall 2 is approx. 1,430 SF that can hold a gathering of up to 150 people for theatre seating or up to 120 people banquet seating with 30"x72" rectangular tables (6 person). Hall 2 comes with a small residential warming kitchen equipped with electric range, sink and under counter fridge.
Commercial Kitchen (Currently under renovations) is available for renting at $100 for minimum 1 Hour plus $25 per hour.
Reception / Coat Room is available for renting at $10/Hour weekdays and $15/Hr weekends. Hours charged will be same as hall rental hours.
Meeting Room Suite of 2 meeting rooms and a break out space with kitchenette is available for renting hourly.
Cleaning fees are included in the rental and a refundable security deposit of $1,000 has to be paid to confirm the booking. A fee of $200 will be charged for cancellation prior to 1 month before scheduled booking and $300 will be charged for cancellations within 1 month of scheduled booking.
Various sizes of dance floors are available for renting at listed rates. Renter may assemble and dis-assemble the dance floor by following Centre guidelines or can be contracted to us for an additional $150 for assembly and dis-assembly. (please check availability)
Note:
1. Registered charities receive a 10% Discount.
2. Ten annual rentals receive an additional 10% Discount.
3. Security Fee of $50/hour chargeable for events over 250 persons.
4. Overage Charges at $290/hour.
